Savills has advised Real I.S. on the extension of a long-term lease agreement with tax advisory firm Borgen Tax (formerly known as Taxand Nederland) at Jachthavenweg 124 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Borgen Tax has leased space in the multi-tenant office building near the Amsterdam Zuidas for over ten years.

The Zuiderhof Paviljoens offers well-connected high-quality office space in a green setting, with good access to the A10 ring road and public transport. Jachthavenweg 124 is the only multi-tenant building within the four-pavilion complex. While the property is currently fully leased, c. 660 sq m of space will become available soon.

In 2017, three of the four pavilions were acquired by Real I.S. on behalf of BGV VII.
