Andaz Prague, a neoclassical building, combines 16,395 sq m of hotel space and 530 sq m of retail space on the ground floor with separate and direct entrances from the street. A former office building constructed between 1912 and 1916 for the Sugar Industry Insurance Association, it has been completely refurbished and converted into a 176-key luxury hotel Andaz Prague, operated by US company Hyatt, which opened in March 2022. The building was categorised as a listed cultural monument by the Ministry of Culture in 1993.
