In order to achieve the internationally recognised auditing standard, an external auditor assesses the quality and competence of Savills as a property manager. The certificate was issued by EY.

The ISAE 3402 report provides insight into data protection, fraud prevention and risk management and confirms that Savills in the Netherlands’ internal processes and risk management meets all related client requirements. The report also provides insight into the way in which the quality of property management services is guaranteed.

All aspects of Savills property management were covered and reviewed by independent audit professionals. The ISAE 3402 type II report also shows that the control measures, as implemented by Savills, have worked effectively throughout 2020.
