Savills property management department continues to grow

Savills Czech and Slovak Republics (CZ&SK) has expanded its property management team with a number of new hires since the beginning of the year. The company has appointed Zuzana Černá as PM operations manager, Jan Šťastný as key account manager for the CIMEX portfolio and Tereza Wondráčková as property manager.

Zuzana joins Savills from Kaufland Česká republika where she worked for 15 years. From 2013 onwards, she led the Real Estate Management division, where she was responsible for leasing retail space and expansion. From 2018, this also included the lease of concession areas in more than 130 department stores throughout the Czech Republic. At Savills, she will ensure the effective operation of the property management team, providing high quality services to clients.

Jan has almost ten years of experience in the field of commercial and residential real estate management. Prior to joining Savills, he was deputy technical manager at ECE Projektmanagement Praha, where he represented the interests of the owner of a leading Prague shopping centre. At Savills, he will be responsible for CIMEX’s commercial portfolio under Savills property management.

Tereza has extensive experience in tenant representation, rentals, facility management and property management of residential and commercial properties. She has worked for a number of international companies, the public sector and client-side.

Michaela Semanová, head of property management at Savills CZ&SK, says: “Our long-term goal is to offer clients a professional business approach. We offer an individualised client service as each client has specific requirements. The knowledge and experience of Zuzana, Jan and Tereza will provide strategic advice for our clients which will prove invaluable."

Savills property management department in Prague was established in April 2017 and has since grown to more than 35 people. Currently, the team manages a portfolio of 411,000 sq m, including office buildings, industrial parks, mixed-use and retail projects.
