Savills Czech Republic continues building property management expertise

Savills Czech and Slovak Republics (CZ&SK) has expanded its property management team with a series of new hires and one promotion within the last two months, in order to bolster its platform of commercial property management and related tenant-focused services.

The company has appointed Kristýna Svobodová as senior property managers/key account managers, with Tomáš Kubásek joining as property manager. Additionally, Eliška Kantorová has been promoted to lease administrator within the property management department.

"We are strengthening our team of property managers across all levels, not only to keep pace with our recent business growth and expansion of assets under management, but also to better serve our clients. This also includes expanding and integrating specific service lines within the office agency team in-line with the growing number of tenants we serve," says Petr Machula, head of property management at Savills CZ&SK.

Kristýna joins Savills from Wrike Czech where she was focused on workplace solutions. She has a strong property management background from previous positions at CPI Property & Facility and CBRE, whilst Tomáš comes to Savills from Arridere, where he specialised in facility, property and project management.

Savills property management department in the Czech and Slovak Republics was established in April 2017 and currently manages a portfolio of close to 335,000 sq m including office buildings, industrial parks, as well as mixed-use and retail projects.
