LIXA C will also welcome a new tenant; one of the longest-running providers of serviced offices in Poland – Rise.pl. The company will occupy over 3,300 sq. m. in the recently commissioned building. Once all lease contracts have been finalized, approx. 12 percent of the 20,000 sq. m. of LIXA C’s office space will remain available."
