A global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company has signed a new long-term lease in 2Amsterdam in Amsterdam's CBD. The lease comprises approximately 995 sq m.

The eastern office tower of 2Amsterdam, renovated in 2021 and located in the heart of the South Axis is part of two twin towers, interconnected through the underground garage and the garden.

Caroline van Duren, Consultant Tenant Representation at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "The new tenant will be benefitting from A-class office space, a semi-public office garden, a comfortable lobby and many other amenities in and around the two towers. In addition, the fact that the building has a BREEAM Excellent certificate perfectly matches the sustainability ambitions of the new tenant."

Savills represented the new tenant during the process. Owner Commerz Real AG was advised by 1530 Real Estate together with CBRE.
