Savills boosts Frankfurt office agency team with new hires

Savills Germany has hired Dennis Arnold

Savills Germany has hired Dennis Arnold as Associate Director and Head of the Frankfurt Office Agency team. He will be joined by Julian Conzen as Associate, and Lukas Battel as Senior Consultant. All three will start at Savills on 1 July 2026.

Together with the existing team, they will further expand Savills office leasing offer in Frankfurt and strengthen the company’s market presence in the city. In his new role, Dennis Arnold will report directly to Jan-Niklas Rotberg, Managing Director and Head of Office Agency Germany.

Dennis Arnold has more than 10 years of experience working in the Frankfurt real estate market. He began his career as a Consultant at Knight Frank. He then spent more than seven years at JLL, most recently as an Associate in the office leasing division. Julian Conzen and Lukas Battel are also moving to Savills from JLL, where they most recently worked in the office leasing division as Senior Consultant and Consultant, respectively.

Jan-Niklas Rotberg says: “Dennis Arnold is an outstanding expert on the Frankfurt real estate market. We were particularly impressed by his integrity, his professional expertise and the way he brings people together. We are very much looking forward to working with him and the entire team to further expand our presence in Frankfurt and strengthen our position with our clients.

“Frankfurt is a key location for many national and international – particularly American – companies. This is precisely where Savills global strength can really pay off.”

Dennis Arnold says: “The Frankfurt office market is undergoing a period of transformation. Tenant requirements are changing, with quality and location becoming increasingly important. Furthermore, companies are fundamentally rethinking their space requirements which is creating new opportunities.

“I look forward to working with the team to support our clients with bespoke solutions. Our aim is to further strengthen Frankfurt as a business location and to build on Savills market position in the long term.”
