As of 1 February 2026, Daniel Gerdelmann has joined the management team of Savills Facilities Management (FM) business in Germany. He will be based in the company’s Berlin office. Together with Thorsten Neehuis, he will co-head the FM division and head up the German Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) business line. 

Daniel Gerdelmann has many years of experience in the real estate industry and joins from apoProjekt where he was responsible for technical building equipment and the ESG & Sustainability division. He has also worked for AS Gruppe and Deutsche Immobilien Invest.
