With immediate effect, Sebastian Stein has joined Savills Germany’s Capital Markets team as Director, Investment. Based in the Frankfurt office, he will advise on, and implement, purchase and sales mandates for national and international investors in the Rhine-Main area. He will also support them with strategic consulting services throughout the entire transaction process.
 
Stein has c.20 years of real estate experience. Before joining Savills, he worked for JLL, amongst others, in the Valuation & Transaction Advisory division. Previous roles include Director of Capital Markets/Investment at Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield, and Managing Director at CORE Advisors, where he was responsible for investment and leasing mandates as well as strategic consulting for owners and investors. 
 
He studied real estate management at the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences. He has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2014.
