Savills has advised Noorderdam Vastgoed on the acquisition of 129 rented residential units, including associated parking spaces and a commercial unit, located in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands. The residential complex is situated in the Plettenburg district, an area set to undergo significant redevelopment in the coming years. Historically characterized by office and commercial functions, the district is now being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use environment for living and working.
