Savills strengthens residential marketing with new leadership for Lisbon and Porto

Savills Portugal is reinforcing its strategic focus on the residential segment with the appointment of Cátia Tomé as Head of Marketing Residential Porto & Lisbon. In this role, she will lead the marketing strategy and brand positioning across the country’s two main cities, at a time of growth and consolidation for this segment.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture and marketing, and over 12 years of experience, Cátia Tomé has built her career in the management and development of premium brands, with experience across the retail, sports/footwear, and FMCG sectors.

She joins Savills with an integrated vision of marketing, combining strategy, brand, and customer experience. This background will be key in strengthening the consultancy’s presence in the residential sector, particularly in the mid-high, premium, and luxury segments in Lisbon and Porto.

Her priorities will include reinforcing brand positioning and defining a marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Plans also include the development of initiatives to increase Savills’ brand awareness and deepen client relationships throughout the entire customer journey, through targeted campaigns aimed at a demanding audience accustomed to high service standards.
