With immediate effect, Simon Tang has joined Savills Germany as Director and Head of Building & Project Consultancy – Region West. His role will focus on creating synergies in areas such as technical project management, construction monitoring, ESG-compliant renovation strategies and office conversions. Simon is based in Cologne and reports directly to Draženko Grahovac, CEO of Savills Germany.

Before joining Savills, Simon worked for Lehmann Consult GmbH & Co. KG for over four years, where he was head of the Cologne branch and the Project Management & Advisory department. Before that he worked for Hitzler Ingenieure, Schüßler-Plan Ingenieurgesellschaft and JLL.
