Wilanów is now the third location for The Shire - Beyond Coworking in Warsaw. Since the end of 2023, offices with the company's logo have been operating in the building at Małachowski Square, and since April 2024 also in the Warsaw Spire office tower. At the end of last year, the operator announced the launch of another location in the capital. In March, premium flexible offices will appear in a modernized tenement at 37 Poznańska Street. The operator is also present in Wrocław and Kraków.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT FORMULA

Since June last year, The Shire - Beyond Coworking was supported by the Savills advisory team, led by Thomas Jodar (Head of Workthere Poland) and Karol Grejbus (Associate Director, Office Agency Tenant Representation in negotiations and preparing the agreement in the management agreement formula. This contract formula, which is not a typical lease agreement, means that the property owner PHN and The Shire - Beyond Coworking will jointly manage the offices. The flexible workspace operator will focus on ensuring comfortable, daily office operation. It will ensure services such as technical support, security, internet, and cleaning, as well as reception services and coffee provision.
