Savills has hired Andreas Flechtner as joint Managing Director of its German property management business. He joins on 1st of April 2025 and will be based in the Cologne office.

His expertise and leadership will complement Sebastian Karban, who has served as Managing Director, Property Management at Savills Germany, since January 2024.

Marcus Lemli, CEO Germany and Head of Investment Europe at Savills, says: “Globally we have over 241 million sq m (2.6 billion sq ft) of property under management. In Germany, we have significantly expanded these two business lines in recent years and, by strengthening the management team, we want to continue to grow further.”

Flechtner has 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector and joins from MVGM where he most recently worked as Executive Director and Legal Counsel. Previous experience includes Managing Director of PropertyFirst GmbH and RGM Facility Management Switzerland AG.
