Sarah will join Savills Ireland from her current role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Cairn Homes. Sarah has extensive experience in all aspects of the New Homes market having worked in the industry for over 20 years. In addition to 5 years at Cairn, her industry credentials include a significant tenure as Director at Sherry FitzGerald's New Homes Division where she worked with many of Ireland’s leading developers.
Upon accepting the appointment, Sarah expressed her excitement, stating:

Sarah Murray will join the existing senior management team of Beverly Ensor, who heads Operations and People, and Darren Clendennen, who is the Head of Sales in Savills New Homes in Dublin.
In a related development, Savills Ireland announced that David Browne, the long-standing Director of New Homes, will be transitioning into a consultancy role by the end of August. Browne's dedication and leadership have driven the growth and success of the New Homes division over the past decade.
Despite his change of role, Browne will continue to bring his wealth of experience to Savills Ireland.
