Hamburg-based real estate investment manager Union Investment has renewed a 220 sqm lease in the ITO Tower in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district. The ITO Tower is part of the ITO | SOM complex, which consists of approximately 45,000 sqm of office and retail space. ITO|SOM is interconnected and arranged around a large courtyard. At 100 metres, the ITO building is one of the tallest buildings in the Zuidas.
Irene van Esseveld, Associate Director Property Management at Savills in the Netherlands, says: "The Zuidas can breathe easy as Dicky's Grand Café has extended its long-term lease in the ITO Tower. Dicky's is an iconic spot that belongs in the Zuidas. At Dicky's, anyone can visit the cosy restaurant or terrace all day long. We are therefore delighted that they will remain part of ITO Tower and look forward to a continued relationship."
Savills advised landlord Union Investment during the renegotiation.
