Savills has further expanded its partnership with Real I.S. with the addition of five logistics properties at Wolgaweg in Europoort Rotterdam, the Netherlands, known as LogChainTwo. These properties, held in two separate funds with a total floor area of 120,000 sq m, are strategically located adjacent to the A15 motorway and the Port of Rotterdam. As a key gateway for global trade flows, the location is ideal for both international and domestic logistics operations. The fully let properties include ESFR-sprinkler warehouses for standard goods storage as well as ADR warehouses equipped with a CO₂ gas extinguishing system for the storage of hazardous materials. The rooftops are largely fitted with solar panels.
