Patrik, who will be based in Savills Stockholm office, joins from CBRE where he was Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Nordics and previously MD of CBRE in Sweden.

Patrik has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and is one of the most well-regarded capital markets professionals in the Nordic region. He has managed and completed several complex deals involving real estate assets and companies with property holdings. He previously worked at DTZ and Catella Corporate Finance.

At Savills, he will work alongside Swedish CEO Niklas Samuelsson and the capital markets division led by Carolina Herling, together with Savills Denmark and Savills associates in Norway (Malling) and Finland (Axiom Advisors).
