This partnership between Crann and Savills will benefit people living with spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, osteogenesis imperfecta and other neuro-physical disabilities.
The Savills Cork team will support The Crann Centre through:
- An awareness campaign – we want to highlight Crann as a unique service provider for neuro-physical disability in Ireland and to help promote the work they do
- Volunteering – our team will help with project work and tasks in order to let the Crann team focus on supporting families in their community
- Fundraising – we will be participating in and hosting events throughout the year to raise vital funds to deliver services
To kick off our partnership we are delighted to be taking part in Crann’s annual fundraising campaign Walk N’ Roll which takes place from June 8th to 11th. The event, which asks participants to take on a 5km challenge however they like, aims to raise €100,000 for vital services at the Crann Centre. We as a team will be completing a sponsored “5k Our Way” on Thursday 8 June 2023 across Cork City – but this will just be the beginning of our fundraising efforts!
Padraig Mallon, Chief Executive The Crann Centre, comments: “We are delighted that Savills has chosen Crann as their charity partner in Cork. Thanks to their team’s commitment and their network of partners, our team will be able to support more families living with neuro-physical disability through-out the year.”
