Complementing the existing Savills office in Courchevel 1850, which opened in 2008, the new office in Moriond will handle both sales and lettings in the resort as well as nearby La Tania and Le Praz.
Jérôme Lagoutte, head of Savills French Alps, said, “The Moriond office is a natural progression for us. Staffed by an experienced team of multilingual agents, many who grew up and trained in the area, the two Courchevel offices will work in synergy, collaborating to deliver excellent service for our clients. With Courchevel due to host the 2023 Alpine World Ski Championship, we look forward to welcoming more visitors.”
In Val d’Isère, the office will be headed up by Vincent Vauche, who has lived and worked in the resort for the last 12 years. The team will provide brokerage and agency services for private and developer clients, as well as valuation expertise. A number of new developments are due to launch in the coming months and a rental department will follow in due course.
Jeremy Rollason, head of Savills Ski comments, “We are thrilled to have opened an office in Val d’Isère this season. This fabulous resort has long been a favourite amongst the French, British and many other nationalities and has been one of, if not the fastest appreciating ski resorts anywhere in the Alps in recent years.”
