Damien Girard has joined as Key Account Director from Colliers International, where he managed the Key Accounts team for three years. He was formerly at Covivio for almost a decade, where he worked as an Asset Manager and then latterly as Marketing Manager.

At Savills, he will be responsible for business development activity and will work in close synergy with the Tenant Representation team in Savills France, headed up by Serge Vayer.

Savills has also recruited two Senior Consultants within this team.  Nathalie Loisance has joined from JLL, where she was Director of Paris’ CBD team for five years. Prior to this she worked with the Investor Relations team for three years. Nathalie has an in-depth knowledge of the Parisian office market and holds a Master's degree in Marketing.

Mohamed Bouzidi also joins Savills as a Senior Consultant.  He was a Commercial Real Estate Consultant at CBRE for four years. He also held similar positions at Wellstone in the Paris area for three years and was at Foncia Transactions Habitation for a year before.
