Office move for Savills team in Guernsey

Savills has confirmed that it will be moving their commercial and residential teams, currently located in two separate buildings in St Peter Port, to a new 4,500 sq ft premises at Royal Terrace on Glategny Esplanade. 

The fitout is well under way with the contractor JW Rihoy and Son scheduled to hand over the unit to allow Savills to open and able to welcome clients and colleagues, both new and old, in the middle of July.

Bringing our two Guernsey businesses together into one office will allow closer collaboration between our teams to the benefit of both our staff and our clients. Savills has established itself as a leading agent on the Channel Islands and this new office, that will comprise a modern working environment and cutting-edge design, will further cement our position in Guernsey.”
