The purchase price is SEK 740m (€73.4m). Aquaticus Real Estate will take over ownership of the property on 1 July 2021.
Fröfjärden 3 was built in 2003 and is located at Gesällvägen 33–35. It comprises approximately 17,000 sq m of office and logistics space and is fully leased to Xylem Water Solutions Global Services AB.
