Savills Brighter Buyer event returns for the third year in a row, this time virtually, with guest speaker Eoin McGee
Presented by Savills Cork, this free, virtual event will be held on Thursday 13 May at 6pm via Zoom. The event has been designed to help buyers at every step on the property ladder, including first time buyers, investors, those looking to trade up or trade down. Register for the event here.
The panel, led by Michael O’Donovan, who leads the residential team in Cork, will arm attendees with the insight, information, action points and tips necessary to ultimately make all those who attend on the night a Brighter Buyer.
The residential property market is a hot topic at the moment, and John Ring, Savills Director of Research, will follow on from Michael to provide an overview on the current market in Cork and Ireland and invaluable insight into same.
Wondering where to begin when applying for a mortgage, how much can you borrow, or just how much you need to have saved? After John, Eoin McGee, financial planner, host of TV show ‘How to Be Good with Money’ and best-selling author of the book by the same name will answer these questions and more as he deep-dives into everything financial you need to know when it comes to buying a house.
Finally Elizabeth Hegarty, Associate in Savills Cork Residential will walk prospective buyers through the step-by-step process to finding, securing and purchasing a home.
