Martin graduated with a degree in Engineering. He then gained over 35 years of experience, working at established international real estate consultancy firms, where he specialised in technical real estate management.

Within Savills, Martin will strengthen the Property Management. Martin is specialised in technical management of logistics real estate portfolios. Together with the existing team, he will ensure a smooth daily operation of the logistics and industrial assets of Savills clients.

Abe Jongbloed, Director Property Management at Savills in the Netherlands, explains: "This time last year we managed a total of 300,000 sq m of logistic properties. Only a year later, the portfolio increased to more than 900,000 sq m divided over 24 buildings. We are proud to have been able to strengthen and expand our specialism in this sector in such a short time span. With his specialized knowledge and experience, Martin will be of great added value to our team. He will mainly focus on managing our growing logistics real estate portfolio."
