Savills hires Karsten Sievers as Head of the National Investment Team for Germany

Karsten Sievers has joined Savills as Director and Team Leader National Investment for Germany.

The National Investment Team will operate nationwide from the Frankfurt office and support the local investment teams both on a regional and national level.

Karsten Sievers started his career in 2012 at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg before moving to Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt in 2014.  From 2018, as a director, he looked after sell-side and buy-side services.

Marcus Lemli, CEO Germany and Head of Investment Europe at Savills, says: “The German investment market has recently been at its peak; with the market in its current environment, now more than ever is a crucial time to offer clients high quality advice and Karsten is very experienced in providing this.”

Karsten Sievers, Head of National Investment Team, Savills Germany, adds: “The new position at Savills gives me the opportunity to apply the experience I have gained across the German investment market and to work across various asset classes. Particularly in view of the growing shortage of supply, it is becoming increasingly important to combine different forms of use and offer both buyers and sellers new and creative solutions. This makes my future position an exciting challenge.”
