Europa Capital and ARC Real Estate Partners have appointed Savills to manage the Gemini portfolio, consisting of five core logistics premises at strategic locations in the Netherlands: Nieuwegein, Rotterdam, Venray, Breda and Venlo. Together with the distribution centers in Oss, Tilburg and Eindhoven, Savills manages the full core logistics portfolio of approximately 75,000 sq m for Europa Capital in the Netherlands.
