Vastwas B.V. buys mixed-use complex in Den Bosch, the Netherlands

Vastwas B.V. has acquired a mixed-use complex from Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, acting on behalf of one of its clients BPL Pensioen. Completed in 1950 the buildings are located at Buitenhave / Brede Haven in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, and consist of 38 apartments, 1 office and 6 business spaces.

In recent years, the developer and investor Vastwas has added several hundreds of residential properties to its portfolio. Dirk Wassing from Vastwas, says: “We are delighted to add 5,000 sq m of Den Bosch’s best locations to our growing residential portfolio. Buitenhaven is located 500 meters from Den Bosch Central Station and 500 meters from the shopping high streets. The complex is mixed-use and has a broad scope, which offers many opportunities for the future."
