Savills gets stronger in Lower Silesia

Real estate advisory firm Savills has strengthened its Wrocław office. The property adviser currently has nine members of staff in the Lower Silesia region, including two new employees who joined its Office Agency and Property & Asset Management departments.

Bartosz Plewa has joined the Tenant Representation team as a consultant. Previously he worked for Cushman & Wakefield. While at university, he was actively involved in AIESEC and collaborated with Boston Consulting Group and PZU to promote both brands in the academic community. In the Office Agency at Savills, Bartosz plays an active role in business development and advises corporate clients and local companies on optimum office space selection through relocations, renegotiations and expansions. During his professional career he has advised such companies as Citi Handlowy, Dekra, Nationale-Nederlanden, OVH and Solteq. He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics. Bartosz works with Rafał Oprocha, Head for Southern Poland at Savills, and Jarosław Pilch, Head of Tenant Representation in the Office Agency.

Tadeusz Gerus has recently joined Property & Asset Management department at Savills as a property manager. He is an engineer with over ten years of experience in oversight of all property technical services. He previously worked for Apleona HSG (today: Avison Young), Aker Solutions and Bilfinger. At Savills, Tadeusz is responsible for property management of three buildings of Wrocław Business Garden. Tadeusz is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology.

Property & Asset Management team at Savills in the Lower Silesia region also includes - in addition to Tadeusz - Marcin Stanisławski and Jacek Halusiak as senior and junior property managers, respectively. Both deliver office and industrial property management services. In the retail sector, Michał Beńko and Irena Zubkiewicz are responsible for a shopping centre in Zgorzelec, while Urszula Ziaja for a scheme in Bolesławiec. The team is coordinated by Warsaw-based Bartłomiej Łepkowski, Wioletta Nowotnik and Marta Mikołajczyk-Pyrć.

In addition to office leasing and property management experts, Paweł Towiański from Industrial Agency at Savills provides lease advisory services to companies searching for warehouse and industrial space in Lower Silesia. Savills Wrocław office also employs Magdalena Nowak in its Corporate Finance & Valuation department.
