Mobica has leased over 1,100 sq m of office space in SkyRes, a modern office and residential complex in Rzeszów. The tenant was represented in the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills.

Headquartered in Wilmslow UK, the company has offices across Europe and USA. In Poland, apart from Rzeszów, the company also has offices in Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Szczecin, Poznań and Lublin as well as country headquarters in Warsaw.
