Amsterdam, 7 July 2026 – Real I.S. AG Netherlands has signed a long-term lease agreement with an IT company for approximately 961 sq m of office space at Alpha Tower in Amsterdam South East. The occupier will be located on the first floor of the building, which has been part of the BGV VI fund since 2016.

The IT company operates an innovative platform that enables businesses to manage bank accounts held with multiple banks through a single system, providing greater insight and control over financial processes.

Alpha Tower comprises approximately 20,000 sq m of office space, with floor plates of more than 900 sq m. Following this transaction, only one floor remains available for lease.

Real I.S. was advised on the transaction by Savills. The occupier acted independently.
