Savills Luxembourg has advised MIMCO on the letting of 1,500 sq m of office space to Sodexo at The Butler, the mixed-use scheme under construction in Bertrange. The global corporate services group has signed a nine-year firm lease, ahead of the building's scheduled delivery in the second half of 2028.

Situated in the Bourmicht area, just outside Luxembourg City, The Butler will combine office, hotel, retail and service uses within a single development. Sodexo's commitment follows earlier agreements with Radisson Hotel Group and IWG, which will run a flexible workspace under its SPACES brand. With these three occupiers secured, 68% of the scheme is now pre-let, more than two years before completion.
