International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its Warsaw property management team with the appointment of Wojciech Zawierucha. He joins Savills as a director, head of operations and business development, and will be driving the further growth of the property management team in Poland with a particular focus on the retail sector.

Prior to joining Savills Wojciech was in charge of retail at DTZ’s Property Management business in Poland. He managed the team of professionals responsible for operating 22 shopping centres.  His team also carried out commercial audits of well-known Polish shopping centres on behalf of international investors and developers.
