International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its Frankfurt investment team with the appointment of Jürgen Schmid.  He joins Savills as a director and will be supporting the further development and growth of the investment team in Frankfurt.

Jürgen has extensive experience across the real estate industry including as investment manager at Deka Immobilien Investment Gmbh and asset management director at Tishman Speyer Properties Deutschland GmbH. He joins the firm from FREO Financial & Real Estate Operations GmbH where he was executive director in the asset management department.

Andreas Wende, who started his role as managing director of investment at Savills Germany at the beginning of July, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Jürgen to the investment team at Savills Germany, he has many years of experience and a thorough understanding of the market in Frankfurt.  We are confident he will continue to build up and strengthen Savills profile in this region.”
