Savills have completed the letting of the former ICS Mortgage store at 54 Dame Street to KC Peaches (Ire) Ltd. Planning was recently granted for a change of use and this site will represent the new tenant’s third city centre store.
While details of the achieved rent have not been disclosed, it is understood a tone of rent close to the quoting rent of €80,000 per annum was achieved. The premises which comprises of a ground floor area of 70 sq. m, extends to a total area of 218 sq. m.
