Celtic Property Developments S.A. has appointed Savills to manage its Iris office building, which represents the third phase of the Cybernetyki Office Park in Warsaw, Poland. The park is located in the Mokotów area, a key business district in the city.
Iris is a modern five-storey building comprising over 14,300 sq m of flexible office space with an average floor plate of 2,900 sq m. The office property also includes 108 surface and 125 underground parking spaces. The first tenant Saint Gobain moved into the premises on 1 December 2012.
