Homeware retailer Lambert has taken 600 sqm of retail space across two floors in Munich’s central Hofstatt area, advised by Savills. The international brand has taken a 10-year lease from landlord LBBW Immobilien GmbH.

Stephan Jung, Head of Retail at Savills Germany, says: “Munich is an important shopping destination in Germany and the coveted Hofstatt area, which is still being developed, is a key reason for this. Its mix of shops, offices, housing and restaurants in the city centre make it an attractive location for international occupiers and investors.”

Lambert will sell furniture and home accessories from its new Munich outlet, which will open in June.

Hines Immobilien GmbH advised the landlord, LBBW Immobilien GmbH.
