Savills strengthens French Valuation team with Annabelle Joyaux

Savills has appointed Annabelle Joyaux to join its valuation team in France, headed by David Poole. 

Savills has appointed Annabelle Joyaux to join its valuation team in France, headed by David Poole.  She joins the firm as a director and will be responsible for the development of a range of valuation and analysis products as part of the development of Savills valuation and consultancy business.

Annabelle, a Chartered Surveyor and a Recognised European Valuer (REV),  has 12 years experience in the industry and joins Savills from CAMAE where she was a director in the valuation team.  Prior to this she worked at Bourdais Expertises.

Annabelle has a broad experience of the market, focusing in recent years on the retail markets across France. She has specialised in lease renegotiations, evictions and key money estimations, providing both landlord and tenant advice. Her principal clients include major international retail brands, property companies and financial institutions.

David Poole, Head of Savills Valuation team in France, says: "Annabelle’s specialist market knowledge make her a great addition to the team.  At Savills she will help to develop the range of products and services we provide, which are crucial to our principal clients.”
