Savills Hellas, a leading global real estate service provider, announces that since the beginning of October has agreed into a new partnership with Pantheon Plaza, the biggest shopping and leisure center of the Thessaly region in Greece, by providing its services for the conclusion of new commercial agreements with shops and new brands that will be hosted and operate within the shopping center of Larissa. For the purposes of this project Savills is cooperating with Delta Thesis which has some important experience of the retail sector in Greece.

The Sonae Sierra General Manager responsible for Property Management in Greece, Mrs. Pavlina Chandras, mentions: “We consider that the new partnership between Pantheon Plaza and Savills, one of the best real estate service providers, reinforces our commitment to a strategic plan which aims to the renewal and upgrade of Pantheon Plaza. Pantheon Plaza, the biggest shopping and leisure center in Thessaly Periphery, opened its gates in autumn 2008. Its units and leisure facilities cover 22.000 m2 in the shopping center, while Pantheon Plaza includes approximately 80 units, among them the most important international and Greek companies. Pantheon Plaza is owned and developed by a partnership between Sonae Sierra (50%) and the Rockspring Property Investment Managers Ltd (50%).
