International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Clive Pritchard as the new Head of country at its Netherlands business based at the firm’s Amsterdam office. He succeeds Dave Hendriks who will remain Head of the Consultancy department (valuation and research) in the Netherlands.
Clive joined the firm from Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006 as a Director and joint head of the investment department. Previously he worked for Muller International in London.
Together Clive, Dave Hendriks and Peter Sybesma, Head of the Netherlands Property Management department, form Savills Dutch management team.
Clive Pritchard says: “I look forward to the challenges of this new role and further strengthening Savills profile in the Dutch commercial real estate market where we already have a strong presence. Over the past year there has been an increasing level of interest from international investors, particularly in the office sector, which we expect to continue into 2012.”
Borja Sierra, CEO of Savills Europe, says: “We would like to thank Dave for his management of the Dutch office in these challenging times and we now look to Clive to further build on our firmly established business in the Netherlands.”
