Swedish private property company Fragerus Fastigheter AB has sold two properties, containing 288 student apartments, in Halmstad to Willhem, to a value of € 15m.
The properties are ideally located - one property is adjacent to the new travel center and the other in close proximity to the University.
“We are very pleased to hand over management to Willhem - a long-term owner who have a genuine commitment to the tenants”, says Goran Christiansson, partner at Fragerus.
Savills has advised the vendor through its Gothenburg office which has established itself as a part of Savills transaction team.
