Law firm Stephenson Harwood has taken 826 sq m of office space at Paris’ prestigious 19 Place Vendôme, advised by international real estate advisor Savills. The international law firm, which offers commercially-focused legal advice to clients across the world, has taken a six-year lease at the exclusive address in the city’s first arrondissement. The square is famed for its central column erected by Napoleon and is located near the fashionable shopping street Faubourg St Honoré.

Pierre-Antoine Matrand, joint head of Savills France office agency team, says: “This is a very exclusive address and an excellent location for Stephenson Harwood’s offices in Paris.  We have observed a trend of law firms taking space in central Paris in recent months.”
