Pramerica Real Estate Investors is selling 16,770 sq m (180,510 sq ft) Tour Vista office building at 52 Quai de Dion Bouton, Puteaux, Paris La Défense.  International real estate advisor Savills have been instructed to sell the building. The property, which overlooks the River Seine, has 22 floors and was redeveloped in 2007.  It is fully let to three international firms.
