Savills Hellas advised Athoniki Techniki on the proposed retail development in Northern Greece. The purpose of the study was to assess the feasibility and make a recommendation on the type of the proposed 20,000 sqm shopping centre.
The research looked into the potential of the development by analysing the main parameters of the commercial viability of the project including catchment demographics, supply and demand and local expenditure.
Savills also assisted the client with the planning application process, as this is one of the first proposed retail developments in the region.
