International Real Estate Advisor Savills has strengthened its operations in Germany with the appointment of Mischa André Koch as a director in the firm’s investment team in Frankfurt.
International Real Estate Advisor Savills has strengthened its operations in Germany with the appointment of Mischa André Koch as a director in the firm’s investment team in Frankfurt.
He joins Savills after 14 years with BNP Paribas Real Estate where worked in the firm’s office agency team before moving into investment in 2008.
Lars-Oliver Breuer, Head of Investment Savills Germany, says: “With the appointment of Mischa André Koch we are fortunate to gain an experienced real estate advisor who has an excellent knowledge of Frankfurt’s property market, which is currently looking very healthy.
In terms of transaction volume in the first half of 2011 Frankfurt held the leading position among Germany’s top five major investment markets, accounting for 16%.“
