Terrania AG has acquired a 3,590 sq m (38,642 sq ft) mixed-use property at Liesegangstraße 17/17, in central Düsseldorf. The commercial real estate firm has bought the six-storey asset, which is currently almost 100% let, from IVG Institutional Funds GmbH.

International real estate advisor Savills obtained the deal.

The property is located in central Düsseldorf close to the city’s main shopping street Schadowstraße.  It comprises of approximately 2,323 sq m (25,004 sq ft) of offices, 615 sq m (6,619 sq ft) of retail space, 391 sq m (4,208 sq ft) residential and 261 sq m (2,809 sq ft) of archive space.
