Aderhold Solicitors have taken 1,400 sq m (15,069 sq ft) of office space in Düsseldorf’s Hafenspitze, one of the city’s most remarkable recent developments, advised by Savills. 

The corporate law firm has taken a long-term lease from landlord Projektgesellschaft Hafenspitze for the offices, located at Speditionsstraße 21 in the city’s Medienhafen (Media Harbour) district.

The Hafenspitze mixed-use development, which is surrounded by the Rhine River on three sides, comprises of two buildings with approximately 23,000 sq m (247,569 sq ft) of office space and a five-star hotel.
