International real estate advisor Savills has advised Cambridge Place Investment on the sale of a 20,711 sq m (222,931 sq ft) mixed use property to a private French investor. Paryseine, which consists of two buildings, sits on the riverfront at 3-5 Allée de la Seine, in Ivry-sur-Seine in south east Paris. 

Building A has a total of 7,159 sq m (77,058 sq ft) of office space while building B comprises 13,552 sq m (145,872 sq ft) of warehouse, office and light industrial space. The property also has good public transport and road links.
