International real estate advisor Savills has advised landlord GVG Mainzer Landstraße 69-71 GmbH on the letting of 2,100 sq m (22,604 sq ft) of office space in Frankfurt’s banking district to insurance firm Signal Iduna Gruppe.
The property is located in Mainzer Landstraße 69-71.
The deal represents the biggest new letting on Mainzer Landstraße in the past year and takes occupancy in the building up to 90%. Other tenants include Pinar Foods GmbH and ICICI Bank UK PLC.
Bastian Jourdan, associate director in Savills Frankfurt’s office agency team, says: “This important letting marks a renewed interest into Mainzer Landstraße, which is where Frankfurt’s banking district starts.”
